Replaced a tired battery with the 18650 2P10S 4.0Ah runs like new again.
They are hard to the point of feeling more like plastic than rubber. That means a lot more vibration goes through and causes much more foot fatigue. BUT, the range is unbelievable. These squeeze out so much range out of the battery that it almost feels they somehow charge the battery when riding. The grip is also epic and control is perfect. Feel very confident when riding these. And I just love how you never have to worry about flats or pumping them up on every ride. Just throw the board on the pavement and go. I just wish they were a tad bit softer, then they'd be absolutely perfect. Maybe model 2.0? Also, these are bigger diameter compared to what I had on my board stock, so the speed is actually higher than what the remote shows. There's probably a way to adjust the settings, just haven't looked into it yet. Finally, the rims are less intricate design than the stock ones. Not a biggie, just looks a bit less impressive.
So what kind of company does this can’t charge it because you guys are sold out and don’t make the charger anymore

Definitely one of my favorite purchases.
Hi Chase! We're thrilled to hear you're loving your Ownboard Carbon ZEUS Pro. Thanks for sharing your positive experience!
I have been looking to buy an electric skateboard for the last few years. I finally decided to go for the Zeus Pro Bamboo after watching many videos. The board is awesome and I wish I had found this earlier. The range and speed and overall comfort is amazing. The board is beautiful and I really like the oil slick anodizing. I am older at 60 and have not been on a skateboard since I was 14 but I am active with other sports. Getting used to this board has been pretty easy and I am already using it to commute to work a couple days a week at 50km round trip. It is so much fun that I am actually excited about using it and have already put on close to 400km in the space of 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this board to anyone looking for a great value and great quality.
Ownboard have been very responsive to communication on their website so it is easy to get in touch with them.

Hi Edward, we're thrilled to hear you're loving your Prometheus! Thanks for sharing your excitement and for being such a great customer. Enjoy riding your BEAST!
The battery arrived very fast to Germany(in one week ).Ownboard customer service was good.DHL delivered parcel to a wrong address though (to the next door store) So I had to figure it out by myself. After I have changed the battery my screen with battery capacity doesn't turn on.I have checked all the wires and etc(the screen works with old battery). But it still doesn't work with new one.Gonna track the charge level via remote control. The battery itself works fine . Taking 1 star for delivery address issue by DHL and problem with charge tracking
Hi Alex, thank you for your detailed feedback. We're glad the battery works well and that you appreciated our service. Sorry to hear about the delivery issue and the screen problem. Please feel free to reach out to our support team if you need further assistance with the screen or tracking. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you better next time!
The only issue I had was a bent truck that arrived on shipping but ownboard sent a new one instantly. The customer service is amazing and the board rides even better. I’ve put about 250 miles on it and the battery life and speed is like nothing I’ve experience before. This is my first Esk8 and I love it.
Zeus Pro is like an equation: Black Carve 3 Pro*1 (precision, stability) + Zephyr Pro*1 (agility, low ride) + Zeus Max*1 (range, power) = Perfect Street Ride :)
