Ownboard Electric Skateboard Charger 54.6V 5A for Ownboard Carbon ZEUS and Carbon ZEUS Pro board

I've had this charger for about a month now. It's working fine so far for my carbon zeus pro. I really like the upgrade thats
been made to it. Instead of a plastic casing, it's now metal. Far less fragile. Hoping this one outlasts the life of my old charger

Works well. I had to email the company because it is loud and hot. But they said it should sound like a coffee maker and that is exactly what it sounds like. So far it works just fine though. The old charger I had was some other brand and worked for about a year before it melted into oblivion. So far so go (2 months in) on this official charger.

The new version has a metal casing which gets extremely hot, not to mention a feint electric wirring when charging. Doesn't inspire much confidence if you ask me. Hasnt failed yet, maybe the metal helps dissipate excess heat that likely killed the old plastic cased one. Overall it works just doesn't seem worth the price tag.

P.S: plug the board in before plugging into the wall.

1st own the Ownboard Zeus Pro for 2yrs. Still powerful a one of the best boards I have road. Had to get new charger do to a fire. The new charger with the fan is great. Charges fast
