Works fine ! I like the ESC a lot, it works fine, remote is also great.
I just received my OWNBOARD prometheus and right out the box my wheels are flat and not holding air. I immediately emailed OWNBOARD customer service and they tell me to fix the wheel with the inner tube that's in the box. Why would I do that when that's the replacement inner tube I need when I'm riding and catch a flat. If OWNBOARD went me something broken out of the box a 1700 dollar purchase and customer service tells me to fix the tire. So they want me to possibly hurt myself with the metal rings around the tire or scratch up the rim by using tools to get the inner out the tire. That's ridiculous for anyone to purchase let's say a brand new car and it was sent to them with two broken tire and the car company tell you to fix the tire yourself. It's this the type of quality you want your customers to expect a broken product brand new out of the box. How easy would it be for a company to send two replacement tires. This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable that you can't send a replacement wheel when you sent it to me brand new broken, 1700 dollar device smfh. CANT RIDE IT WITHOUT WHEELS AND THE ONES OWNBOARD SENT ME ARE BROKEN.
I specifically ordered a Zeus Max with 7" tires. Ownboard sent me a Zeus Max with 120 cloud wheels I specifically did not want. The board has sat. Then was sent 6" wheels and tires I specifically did not want. The board sat. Still waiting for the 7" wheels and tires I paid for! I had to buy mboard 7" Novas at Esk8Con25 for the board. Still waiting to see if Ownboard will send me what I ordered and paid for.

Second day in, I shouldn't have to be dealing with something like this. Also, the charger is hitting 120f which seems kinda excessive. I wanna give it a better rating, nit what the fu... Heck
Used this 10s4p battery for my DIY
I love the build quality and the power of the board, the only strange thing is that some of the screw can't be unscrewed with the T-Tool, perhaps it has to be unscrewed on both top and bottom, a minor issue, other than that, just amaze-balls
Works great when driving on straight dirt roads but it has trouble sometimes when I start from a bumpy point. I have to sometimes move the board off of a little bump because it doesn't have enough torque to go off of if from 0 mph.
It can go up an incline but only at about 6 to 8 mph. It has some trouble even though I only weigh 155 pounds

Cost but I received in within 3 working days.
I ordered, and it’s been long past expected delivery, I’m talking over 14 days, customer service just says it’s “somewhere and on the way”. Trying to get refund. Smh 🙁
